Hey, at least he was being creative... N.C. State student accused of creating a 'monster' Posted: Today at 6:39 a.m. Updated: Today at 6:41 a.m. Raleigh, N.C. — Raleigh police arrested a North Carolina State University student last week who was accused of creating a "monster" out of construction barrels and placing it on the side of the road. Authorities charged Joseph Carnevale with larceny for taking materials from a construction site at a roundabout project to create the monster.
Me too!! I love it. This kid did an unbelievable job. I think they should contract him to make a few more of those. Folks tend to get grumpy when they are slowed down due to road work. Something like this would probably keep folks in a more lighthearted mood and reduce stress & road rage. I think they should give that kid a job rather than a ticket.
I was on the wral's site yesterday and clicked the link for the "monster" story and as soon as I saw it, I chuckled - every time I see it I still chuckle. Very creative
