What's the best place to board a cat? I'm going out of town for a few days later this summer, and all the family members that usually look in on her when I'm gone are not available this time.
Thanks, Kaci, but I'm not sure I want to leave her alone in the house for 4 or 5 days, considering the issues she's been having.
oh i totally understand, especially since if something happened to her when i was checking on her i would go crazy. Good luck, wish i could recommend somewhere but with our kids around local, we never have used a boarding place.
Kds, if you can't find anyone to board her, and do decide to let her stay home, let me know.... DD has done some pet sitting and is looking for ways to earn extra money this summer.
I just saw this, if it isnt too late, she can stay in our spare room. It is some what quiet and I will keep the kids at bay.
Thanks to all of you for your ideas and suggestions, and for your offers of help. Special thanks to ljk, that was a generous offer. I decided in view of her age (=92) and health issues, it would be best to leave her with Dr. Debbie. She was well cared for, and she was happy to see me when I got back this afternoon.
