I hope they have the traffic light working by then. If not, they'd better have fire and rescue standing by with a crash truck. Somebody was pulling out of there the other day and I didn't think they were going to stop.

I wondered if perhaps it was employees coming in and out. Of course, it could be just the lookyloos wanting to get a sneak peek. Is that the only way in and out of the entire shopping center?

Just for browsing, I must say that Target is my favorite store. However, like most everyone else, we wind up doing our usual weekly Wal-Mart trip since it is the all-in-one store.

for the most part it is employees, keep in mind Wal-Mart isnt the only store in there sched. to open on the 18th.so there are lots of people going in to see about jobs etc.. as for the Wal -Mart employees, we are doing the best we can even by using carpool to get in and out, bare with it guys we are working hard. and they have told us that the lights will be up and going before it opens. Hugh, why are you a Wal-
mart hater? or did you just not want one there?

I will be glad when it opens as I won't have to travel all the way to clayton to get my stuff. It should be the best walmart out there since Walmart recently came out with a plan to better space out their stores. You can see evidence of that by seeing what they are doing at the clayton store right now. During this recession, a lot of people who are upper middle class i guess you can say started visiting Walmarts across the country and Walmart caught on. From what the article said, you will see some better clothing options, better electronics, and better lighting across the store.

Hopefully wallyworld will drive food lion and lowes to bring down their high prices on stuff. I can't see how anybody would do their weekly shopping in these stores when you can get almost twice as much stuff in walmart

Food lion is comparable to W-mart on a lot of stuff... Wal mart better get some better produce and meat than what I've seen there in the past because I think it has been below par when I see it.
