Whoa, an 8 year old?

We'd definitely have to charge the 8 year-old as an adult if we were to begin teaching elementary school sex education like which has been proposed by some lawmakers. He'd know too much to proclaim innocence.

There could be a lot of unknown factors at play here to offer a black or white answer. The only thing I can say is as children get older they do become curious about their bodies, but no normal child has sexual knowledge at that age. So is this a rush to judgement or not enough facts being made known?

We're just playing arm-chair prosecutors here at this point.
