LOL!! Been there, done that! Both of mine got tickets within weeks of each other....:xgrrr. One took the PJC, dd went to court, they sent her to driving school and then they reduced it, so no ins pts. Sometimes you just want to pinch their little heads off, don't cha!! :banghead:

Oh, sorry!! DS's was for running a stop sign (he didn't come to a complete stop) so he took the PJC. You should be getting tons of mail from laywers any day now. :?

 

She's had a speeding ticket before and took the class. Not sure what to do with this one other than getting a lawyer. She was told by the officer to go talk to the DA. I'm sure she will have to take a different class for this one.

 

the wee one is fixing to have his tonsils removed. he wants to know now if racoons have tonsils and if diego has tonsils???? :?

 

Hmmm, I'm not sure how many times they'll let them 'take a class' and its not offered for all offenses - such was the case for my son, plus his age. It can alos depend on where/what county she got ticketed in etc. After we got some of the lawyer letters, I called 1-2 of them and explained my situation (having 2 tickets to deal with) and they gave me a little bit of free advice? I hope it all works out for y'all :cry:
