Must we be reminded... Prayers please!

    Sometimes God has a way of smacking you square in the face to let you know that life is not a given. To stop complaining, to appreciate everything and everyone around you .... even if they are a PITA or hurtful sometimes.

    So with my little one sick and I'm coming down with a sore throat plus all the drama that's been in the family lately I have been humbled and have a big ole' hand print on the side of my face.

    My 4042 family... Can you PLEASE say prayers for my SIL and her baby boy? She was admitted to the hospital last night with contractions (only 28 wks) and the baby's heart rate is down. We are trying to stay positive as she is in good condition right now and they stopped labor. Hopefully we will get good news from the next round of doctor check-ups.

    Hey my dear friend don't look at it as a slap on your face, I think you are a bit off on that thought and I hope you find comfort and understanding in all this... A lot of things happen and some we have no control over and in that don't dwell on negatives that may well be self inflicted and not warranted..

    My prayers are with you and your family.... I ask a special prayer for you in hopes you are provided the strength and guidance to be positive and not beat yourself up over something you shouldn't.... :grouphug::grouphug:

    hope everything turns out well, it is a miracle what doctors can do at that stage of a pregnancy. Everything will be just fine.

    Well they've transferred her to another hospital that has better specialist. This is all we know right now... hopefully she will get settled in soon and be able to call one of us. :-(

    Wanted to update everyone. Just got off the phone with my SIL....

    Baby's heart rate is doing good... they seem to think he was laying on it some how .....

    She is still having some contractions, but they are controlling those with meds. So they are keeping her another night to make sure they're safe.

    Keep praying everyone!! It's working!!! Love you guys! :grouphug:
