    I think I read in the newspaper a year ago that DR Wells SOLD the 100 acres to the school board for something like 10 Million dollars.

    I am going to SOOOOO dread driving out of South Plantation once the school opens. If its anything like driving Raleigh Road during the school year. YUK

    Are you sure you haven't misplaced a decimal there? I didn't think land had gotten up to $100K per acre just yet.
