Anyone on here play Mafia Wars on FB?

Just wondering how many of us are out there that play?

I play, but don't know how many other play as well.

 

I signed up and now I have over 600k in the bank and have no clue how I 'earned' that money.

Yeah, I'm a bit addicted. I love that I can play for 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the evening and still advance pretty quickly. Lately it's gotten a bit annoying because I've been doing the same stuff for over a week without really getting anywhere, and the only collection I don't have (that I am aware exists) is the lottery set. They should add some more stuff to the game. Cuba was great for a while, but now is becoming boring.

I thought you couldn't have more than 500 in your mafia? How did you end up with so many members? I had heard there is a way to add mafia members without adding them as friends, but I haven't been able to figure out how to get it to work. And I don't want a ton of extra friends on Facebook account. It's enough of a pain managing the ones that I have so that only certain people get to see certain things.

 

My husband plays and plays and plays. Some nights he's up past midnight!

 

The game does not say you can not have more than 500 in your mafia. It says only your top 500 (501 including you) will fight with you.

You can have up to 5000 FB friends and then add them all to your mafia. Then delete them from FB but they remain in your mafia. Add another 5000, get in your mafia, delete from FB and lather, rinse and repeat.

There are utilities out there to do a lot adding and deleting on a more massive scale than doing them one at a time.

 

Yea someone wanted me to join it but i just dont play it. and when i get all those postings in the top corner I just end up deleting them. I am signed up in alot of those games but just do not have the time or patients for any of them.


the main reason I even joined FB was to find old high school and college friends and to keep in touch with them and some old co workers

With my mafia size and all the people i fight with, the week i was at the beach with no internet, i still made 8 levels and i never played.

 

I played, but lost interest

 

I play. I think I am around 115. Only about 50 people in my Mafia, but I sent about 100 requests out this morning and plan to do a few 100 more this weekend.

 

I play, but not as much as usual level 176
