You have no idea what circumstances an idividual might find themselves in that they would need a cheaper apartment. God forbid you might find yourself there one day.

just because someone needs lower rent or the need to be in an apartment, doesn't make them gun toting thugs for goodness sakes. I was a single mom of two toddlers and freshly divorced with no job.....sometimes you have to go to places like this. I was and am not a bad person because of it. :roll:

 

And the statistics dont show 100% of people as "gun toting thugs" in areas that have rental properties this cheap, but they do have higher crime rates nonetheless.

 

I get what you are saying and I think it's wrong of you to judge people by where they live or the circumstances that got them there, if it is income based housing or otherwise. And your posts came (come) across very judgemental.

Geesh... last time I looked I didn't have a criminal record and I lived in an income based apartment when I was single mom. In my "hood" back then I only recall the cops being called once..... for a disagreement between 2 neighbors over a barking dog.

Sounds like some really bad people lived around me ....... :roll:

 

trust me, I hope the complex is full of only good people who may just be down on there luck, young, or simply have less income, but I know better than that. Like I said, gunshots.
