Your house is too new for all that.............who did your waterproofing???

 

Some people that will be broadcasted on here if they don't make good on my warranty. 8) But the product applied was by the Mfg TREMCO.

I've already called the warranty folks at TREMCO and they are suppose to be sending the "local waterproofing folks" out by the end of the week. They are suppose to recommend another application or at least I sure hope so...cuz this chit ain't cuttin' it ! :neutral:

 

Sheesh!! I see a foundation being dug out in your future. We had to do that once when I was working for that builder. Not fun, but had to be done!!

As an aside, when my parents bought a house ages ago, turns out the basement leaked and we just painted the block walls with some sort of special paint and it stopped. I'm sure it was still coming up through the block, but it never came all the way through again. Before that, it flooded every time it rained.

 

we have 12" thick concrete walls. The entire sqftage of the 1st floor is the basement. I'm hoping all they have to do is seal the seam where the walls meet the floor with something.

Over the weekend, the first time when we got the 5 inch rain... it was bubbling up from the floor. There ain't much they can do with that! :shock:
But I have video!

If they can't fix it... I'm throwing in some chlorine and hooking up a filter/pump and I'll have the biggest indoor swimming pool around! :lol:
That or fill the SOB up with concrete.:neutral:

 

Did you have the poured concrete walls I assume like Superior Walls does? I have no experience with those, we only did one or two while I was there. I wish you luck!! That sounds like a nightmare.

But, if you've been on FB tonight, you need not feel alone, LOL. At this point, I am going to have to laugh or go get some medication. Laughing is getting hard to do.
