If I'm not mistaken, Deacon's number is prominently posted at the dealership. We boufht a truck from there about 3 years ago, had an issue, called Deacon, and got satisfaction....THAT"S how to run a business and gain customer loyalty!!!

I'm not a happy camper right now. The ford place has my truck right now. I'll post what's going on as soon as I can get on the computer.

i will never do business with these idiots again.
i called the VP of Bleeker and he jumped right on all my issues. We finally got the tags. the truck had not been paid off, that's why it took so long. they only had the truck 3 days when we bought it. he told me to bring the truck in last thrusday so have it detailed and to fix every thing i was promised when we bought it. it was to be ready friday afternoon. friday afternoon came and no one called. when we called they said they had trouble getting the tires off so they had to take it to someone else and it would be ready Monday. monday evening they called and said when they got the truck back the check engine light was on and they had to order some kind of sensor that would be in today ans it should be ready this afternoon. they had already taken the truck to the ford place. my bf called ford place this morning and they told him the truck was ready yesterday but bleeker didn't pick it up. they just picked it up mid morning today. I'm scared to even take the truck back now with all the problems they say they have had with it. we drove it for a month with no problems. i feel that they have screwed me. they have done nothing but lie to me since i bought it and i will never do business or suggest them to anyone ever again.

I really think you need to return the truck now! We bought our daughter a preowned car last year, and even took it to be checked out first. Not long after, the check engine light came on and it's been trouble ever since. Code after code comes up when we take it in. My guess is your truck had problems and the prior owners knew it so got rid of it while they could.

I'll have to say that with all I've read from this topic, I'd seriously have reservations about buying from them. In all fairness I don't really know both sides of the story, but nobody should have that much trouble with a car deal. With so many other choices out there, I know I'd likely go somewhere else if I were buying.
