I *think* that they were the 50/210 Fire Dept. If you'll recall, they had some sort of birthday/anniversary shindig a while back that was supposed to have fireworks and they got rained out. So I think they rescheduled them for yesterday.
well it was quite the production....we heard it at my house (42 and Jackson King), for at least 45 minutes.....
too bad they didnt do a nice job advertising the reschedule date-we thought we were under attack! not downing the fire dept- they deserve all the praise they can get- hope this is more of a yearly thing though, not every 50 years.
