Dear Fast Food Drive Thru workers

took the words completely out but it kind of looses its impact. But ya got to love Joe Pesci.

this is why i never use drive thru, cant understand them and they always get orders wrong, and if you get a drink you pay for a cup of ice with about an inch of coke!and going in is usually a shorter line and you cant make a mess in your car!

 

I must be lucky...they always get my order right, not that I order anything complicated. Only use the drive through if we're rushing from one place to another and have kids with me...or to get us a frosty for good behavior! :mrgreen:

 

pet peeve also is when I get Fries that aren't fresh... nothing like stagnant fries...

 

I've been hooked on Burger King's onion rings lately. Always hot and crispy even at the drive-thru. Mmmm...I'm hungry.

 

Crap. Now I have to go to BK for lunch. Oh, wait...........I'm still protesting the stupid square pants thing. :mrgreen:

Had that happen to me today at Taco Bell in Clayton. Went in ordered the 1/2 lb. combo burrito combo with crunchy taco and drink at 12:27 pm (time dated receipt). At 12:36 pm they finally call out my number, after annoucing several others that had arrived after me. I take my order and proceed to head to my truck as I'm on my lunch break from work. Get back to work and open the bag to find that I have a crunchy taco and what turns out to be a freaking bean burrito instead of the 1/2lb. I ordered. And to top it all off they only had one person making food for both the drive thru and the people inside. I purposely go inside to order my to go orders as they are usually less likely to get screwed up, but seems that is becoming the case more and more now days. People just don't care enough to pay attention to what the hell they are doing.

I love Spongebob, but I wasn't happy with BK's choice of advertising either. I didn't go to the point of protest yet. I'm weak. :lol: I guess I'll sell my soul for some onion rings.

 

Your first mistake was going to that particular restaurant! They are the worst of the worst and don't care. My sympathies!! :lol: Next time, head back to LaCocina. Same price and much better food! I get it "to go" all the time. Shrimp ACC...................YUM!! :jester:

Thankfully they anticipate people like me who don't understand a word of Spanish. As long as I can say Combo number 23, I'm good to go. I'm pretty sure all the combo meals have the same three things on them, they just change the placement on the plate.

I didn't know what she was asking, but IMO it's slipped a little since they split to open the new one at White Oak. Only a little. White Oak is good too.
