What to do with my pork butt

Yes!!! Wilber's is 100 times better than both of those places put together. Have you never eaten at Stephenson's BBQ on Hwy 50? it's very close in flavor to Wilber's?

 

Well I'm happy to report that my butt roast was a success! I got home and pulled it apart and put it back in the crock pot with some BBQ sauce and it was lip smackin' good . . . until this morning about 2 am when I woke up with indigestion :cry: and thought I was gonna die!
