SUV and bus wrecked on 210 this afternoon, the bus number is 94 from what I can see on the WRAl news, hope everyone is ok..all it said was 2 people were injured, not sure if kids were on the bus.
WTVD 11 said it was four. I hope things aren't too bad. :cry: That channel also said the bus was full of elementary students.
I was wondering about that with the kids, cause there was a second school bus there in the taping from the helicopter. I hope they are ok too!

The SUV did look pretty bad. A bus may as well be a tank for an oncoming vehicle... How do you not see a school bus? The driver had to of been busy doing something... I hope they are ok... trynna hide my pitchfork
One of the girls on my soccer team normally rides that bus. She told her mom that one of the kids has two broken legs.
None of the kids have serious injuires, not even broken legs. The bus driver is fine as well. There are lots of rumors going around but everyone is OK. A lot of the PTA board members kids were on the bus and they mostly all went to the school and picked up their kids. A BIG thanks goes out to the local Pumpkin Patch owners for their help in keeping the kids calmed down and providing snacks for them. Say a little prayer for the kids and the 2 drivers of the this bus. They are all still scared and nervous about the whole thing. It could have been worse, they are very blessed to be OK.

Thanks MLH. I am the morning driver, and it was very stressful yesterday to pick up my "babies". They were all a little nervous, and the parents even more so. We take pride in keeping those precious gifts safe, and the driver did an awesome job of taking care of them.
