So my Grandmother brought me some fresh caught Wahoo yesterday and I have NO clue what to do with it. Looking online for some recipes and am getting no where. What do I do with it? Bake it? Grill it? Fry it? HELP!!!

I would grill it, but then I grill almost everything! MMMMM!!! Like webbie said, it has firm enough flesh to stand up to it.
