Hey,I remember seeing that same family twice on Wife Swap,how weird!
So now they think the kid might have been in the box initially attached to the balloon.

 

I just saw their family pic on CNN. I saw the show and remember the family. Bunch of wackos. Of course that what they look for for these shows, extremists... If I remember remember correctly, on the show the wife prayed to trees in their back yard.

Well... it IS Colorado...

I need to not watch so much televised news.

wral reports that there is a box that was missing when the balloon landed.

 

Im not sure what to make of that. Are they insuating the boy was in the box?

 

I'm guessing so. It's all so bizarre.

 

He was found hiding in the attic.

I was in the Atlanta airport and the CNN news was providing live coverage of digging a trench to free a horse that fell in a hole, I am not lying, I feel for the horse but does this deserve the Baby Jessica treatment. I made the comment outloud to all the strangers in the area that it must be a slow news day! The ballon story must have made their day.

By the time I got home they found the child and I missed the whole story. Yeaah for me! :hurray:

 

I don't know who needs the whooping worse. The parents or the kid. I'll admit I was sucked in for a little while yesterday based on what info was out there. Didn't take too long to realize we'd all been had. :?

I do not watch the news for this very reason!!!

 

I hope this was just the kids' idea of a joke and the parents were not involved. Reminds me of this funny -

My boss just told me he saw these folks on Larry King and the kid let it slip that it was for "the show".

 

I was sucked in for sure. I watch way too much of this so called "news".
