If I was a Greek God I would want to be called Testecliese. I am more of a saint than an angel or a cherub. I hope this helps.

I *just* saw this figurine and discussion on The Naked Archaeologist the other day.

If you take the astrological route in interpreting this passage - it appears to be referring to a point in the sky.

This link here, mentions Greek mythology - but otherwise I found no real references to Cherubs other than Christian and Muslim religions. Did you know that Muhammad ascended into heaven on the back of a Buraq, a human-headed winged horse?

Leo is on top of the circle. That's the way it should be.
Signed - Born in August.

Yes, but Aquarius is at the bottom holding everything up.

    Leo - Lion
    Aquarius - Man (or WoMAN)

Angels are not mentioned by name specifically much in the Bible. Only Michael the archangel, Gabriel (specifically an angel that heralded the coming of Christ both in Daniel and in the Gospels to Mary) and the Angel of the Lord are mentioned, which from my understanding that some believe to be Logos, or the pre-incarnate of Christ. It also mentions Lucifer who would be called Satan after his fall from heaven. The Bible does not convey any humor expressed by angels in Scripture to my knowledge.
