Is there something going up behind Walmart?

I drove through there the other afternoon and noticed the back hoe and other large machinery working behind the Walmart. From where I was it looked like they were grading but I am not for sure. Thought I would ask just in case anyone knows whats going on:lol:

 

its suppose to be an industrial park,,, what kind im not sure!

 

They are clearing the area for the future homeless camp.

anyone know what they are building beside the Urgent Care on this side of 40? beside the Southland Realtor building and the Wake MEd Urgent care? on the left heading towards Claytown?

So, I see they're hiring at the new Applebee's - anyone know when they're supposed to open?

 

I wish I liked Applebee's. Maybe this one will be better than the ones I've been to.

 

Logistically, having a KK at our little corner of the world would enable them to provide better distribution in the Eastern NC area. (and, would make it easier for me to get one when the "HOT" light is lit.)

I did read where KK has opened up a place on Fayetteville Street, downtown Raleigh, but I can;t imagine it's farther than a mile or two from the one on Person St.
