Where is there a pay by the session aerobics class. I don't want to join a club, be a member, or sign a contract. I just want to go to an aerobics class. I live in BFE and people around here use shovels for dumbbells and 50lb bags of feed for squats. The closest thing to an aerobic workout is line dancing but that won't count so... Help  Please
I'm looking for something like that too...not sure if you are close to Clayton or not. JAZZERCISE CENTER OF CLAYTON - #3151 11455 HWY 70 W CLAYTON, NORTH CAROLINA 27520 UNITED STATES tel: (919)247-5541 fax: (919)359-0470
I just saw an ad on here for ZUMBA given at KX fitness, its 5 dollars per class. I am looking for someone to go with!
The town of Garner Parks and Rec offers lots of fitness classes at really LOW prices. www.garnerparks.org
Zumba is latin dancing of some kind, I have never tried it. KX Fitness is on 70, where Peak Fitness used to be.
I used to do step aerobics for several yrs, many yrs ago....I tried a class at the gym the other night, it 'bout keeled me, lol! actually, it all came back pretty naturally, just sore as heck the next day  think I'll try it a couple of times a week, getting tired of the eliptical and treadmill.
Koo, I can't find one either. I'm going to do an aerobics class from Time Warner Cable and call it a day....
Don't we have to have someone sign a ticket or something? If not, I'm doing a FitTV one and doing the same!
here is the number 1 reason for working out at home in front of the TV. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=03p12NyOdsg And here is another http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rH0Tdxybvic&feature=related
Yes, that's what it says....but I've already spent enough damn money without having to pay for an aerobics class too. And every gym I've called says they don't offer just ONE class. So I plan to write that up, with a nice little summary of my Time Warner workout. BTW- have you been bowling yet?
The parks and Recs offer different type of classes. I went to Garner for Belly Dancing classes. I know Garner does have areobic classes. I'm sure other parks and Recs do too.
