so cute...hope you find a home for the little guy soon. Sorry, I have 3 dogs now and my baby is only 1 year old, so can't have any more.
awww come on guys......now where can i take the little guy,....???? He has to go tomorrow. i need a no kill shelter
Got any kids you like with parents you don't? I say early Christmas Present before taking that little cutie to the shelter. My brother ****ed me off one year so his children got play drums and musical instruments.
I wouldn't do that to them, it's a lot of work lol, you should find a home soon, with xmas around the corner. Have you placed ads yet?
:neutral:still no luck.... DH said he has to go today... we are getting attached,..and there is no way he can live with us....
Just know that shelters do not Kill just because you drop a pup/dog off. Actually .. JCAS (Smithfield) does all they can to get pups out of there into rescue groups (work with many different ones) within the first few days there. Then the Wake Co SPCA (Tryon Rd) is another good one. But You'd have to take pup to the location on 70 .. the lost & found bldg where the shelter Use to be located before they moved to Tryon. Shelters are Not purposefully dog/cat killers & the ppl in there don't look forward to such things.... they do try to save them by adopting them out OR finding a rescue to take them. Just stating the above because people (generally speaking) tend to make the shelters sound the worse and most horrible of situatinos when for some animals the shelter is a safe haven for them in the long run .... Good luck.
i would but i worked so much harder to get the DH then the puppy....but the puppy soooooo cute...DH: he cute too but not in same way.. Both like to play, and eat, and sleep , and roll around,...but at least DH doesnt need a pee pee pad.
LOL ... hope you find it a home soon but also please stress to the family/person (if you find a home for it versus taking it to shelter) the importance of spay/neuter. I know once you have it rehomed then its in the other people's hands and no worries on your half but some ppl are (or act) ignorant about importance of spay/neuter so mentioning it would be wonderful for this pup... Just think .... if the mama dog of this lil guy was spayed then you wouldn't have found yourself in this predicament of finding a lost lil' pup and having to find a home for it ..... Good luck.
oki heres the update..after much nashing and grinding of teeth.. woory and panic.. Puppy has a home!!! I told Kiddo to bring it to where i work and maybe someone woul dtake him . it was a last ditch effort rather then taking him to SPCA. Well a friend name Terr took home the puppy and has named him McSparky...MAC for short. Partly in honor of the person that found him...awwwwwwwww He has had his first trip to petsmart and is already on the list for a vet appointment....He is one lucky puppy!!! thanks all!
