ya know.....its sad that we cant send homemade treats to our kids schools anymore.

Really?? Why? Her policy or school? Haven't heard of that at DS's school.

 

i assume it is b/c they think someone will poison the kids.

 

I think its school policy kdc, I think its because some of food borne illnesses now days and with so many kids have allergeries. its easier to control the content if its prepackaged. and plus for me I dont know how "clean" everyone is when cooking :ack:

 

What? You don't want your immune system getting a work out? LOL. I don't know about this year, but in years past (and our kids go to the same school, LOL), we always sent in home-made. Maybe I missed the memo for 09-10. :? I know the room mother didn't say anything about it when she called me for my contribution.
