Mr. Bunn retiring from W. Clayton

I was shocked to read that Mr. Bunn is retiring in March! He sent home a letter with the kids last night. We will miss him.

 

Yes we will. He is a great principal and will be missed. He is very fair but stern.

 

I hate to see him go. He's been great for WCES!.. if he could stay just one more year..

 

Why is it that people seem to leave in March? Why don't they wait three months to take it to the end of the year?

 

Probably has to do with that their contract expire in March.

Interesting that Bunn is the highest paid principal in the county.

 

And worth every penny. And if I remember correctly, the memo said he has been in the JCSchool system for 37 years....?

I wonder if he is the same MR. Bunn that was my principal when I was younger. He was really nice!

 

Bruce is awesome. I worked with him for 5 yrs. We butted heads because we both were very passionate about our jobs but we had a huge respect for each other.

 

FYI - Mrs. Johnson is taking Mr. Vitrano's place as principal at West View.

Mr. Bunn is a fantastic principal - it will be sad to see him go.

 

Sorry - I didn't know the other one was an assistant principal too. My apologies for the confusion.
