sorry click leader, i guess i haven't been initiated yet into the almighty 4042 clicky click - i don't know the rules:lol::lol::lol:
kaci shouldn't you be heading down to K&S for the early bird special with the rest of the blue hairs?
No problems with me calling in to TWC without hubby. AnnetteL, why don't you call in again and see if you get someone else?
dang not my day for the early bird special but maybe the clubhouse for the afterwork special, thanks for thinking of me:lol:
Sheesh you guys! You done bickering yet? :jester: I just got off the phone with Roadrunner. No problems calling in without hubby. AnnetteL, why don't you call again and see if you get a different answer from another person?
yep and it's called Capt & Diet, Screwdriver, Jack & Coke, anything to reward us for putting up with younguns:cheers:
This is not a "new" state law. Time Warner has been doing it for years. Our RR account was opened by my wife and they wouldn't give me access to it over the phone until she added me, which she did, right there during the same phone conversation. We've been paying $55/mo since the December bill.
we have a rule around here when calling our Home Office, call 3 times and take the answer that 2 give you:lol:
I've done it many times with many companies! Just be sure to write down exactly what was said and who said it, and it usually works out just fine! Keep calling until you get the "right" answer! LOL!
You are welcome. Not sure if they are open on Saturday but you can call and find out. Good luck, Sherry
Here's just a thought based off of what I have seen work in the past. Have your husband call and tell them if they don't add you to the account immediately he wants to cancel and please transfer him to an customer retention specialist. Worked for me.
