sorry, no recipe - lol! I just buy some sort of beef, usually a small roast or this time I used a large sirlion tip steak (cause its just the 2 of us), toss it in some flour and then brown it in the fry pan. (For roast I cook it in the crock pot the night or day before, then shred it into pieces) Then put in the crock pot with some tomato sauce (or paste will do if you have that - dilute it w/ chick broth, thats what I did this time) add cans of veggies (potatoes, veg-all, black-eyed peas, corn, canned diced tomatoes, etc) add some seasonings (cumin, salt/pepper, garlic, celery salt - I don't like cooked celery, etc) let it cook all day.......yummy!! Serve w/ some garlic toast :hurray:

We've been doing it all day. There are fun safe ways to do it. But not in the road.

Someone from our HOA called the sheriff on some neighbors today for taking their 4 wheelers out. Yeah, it's the rules, but no one was on the road and it's not like it snows all the time. I didn't see it as a big deal at all. If I had a 4 wheeler, I'd love to be out there.
