Thank you for the clarification. And speaking of the economy, is obama on the hook for ours yet? I seem to remember a conversation we had where you mentioned that you'd give obama a one year pass on the economy and GITMO. The year is up, so is it time to hold obama responsible now?

 

Yes, actually it is time. I think he's doing as well as can be expected on the economy (and as well as Reagan did in similar circumstances). Gitmo is another question. First, I didn't give him a pass on that, he said he would close it in one year, not instantly. The year is up and we seem no closer to closing it, so I have to rate that as a promise broken.

 

Better get used to it....especially after November.
