Does anyone know what they are building on 42 as you pass the Caterpillar plant? (Its on the left side of the road at the light if you are going to Wilson, if you turn right at that light it takes you to Glen Laurel)
I know there is a huge house way back in the woods there....might be making a subdivision out there. I don't really know. But I do know it will be a burr to get out of there no matter what they build. That's a busy little intersection.
its an extention of Cat.. cant remember the exact details but its something they are doing.. turtle the big house before you get to the river belongs to the guy that own Smithfield Chicken and Barbque, if I remember correctly!
That's what I heard. There's a place back there where they do weddings and such also - it might be the same place. I heard the new construction was for a CAT testing area, but it sure looks like a road. Someone told me there is a golf course back there.
