I haven't read the link that was included her, but the numbers were the ones that Hurley played in the lottery and won with. As to what they actually mean, I'm not sure yet.
I agree it was certainly confusing last night,especially if you're trying to watch two things at a time,like me watching the Men's ice skating event and Lost. But then again,looks like Jacob has been reborn just like the Egyptian god Horus whom I think he's supposed to represent,or at least something like that anyway
