A sick dog

    Sick dogs are so sad, especially when you have instructions from the vet to keep her separated from the other dogs for at least a week, she doesn't understand and thinks she is being punished and the other dogs don't understand either:cry:

    Vet trip this morning, huh? My mom and dad's dog had kc and he was pitiful. Feel better soon, furrybabies!

    yep vet visit again and home with sick babies, not kennel cough though, some weird strain of something they picked up from another dog:cry: i am Quarantining my house from all other pet owners till we are through with this, don't want any more sick babies around town. So don't come visit anyone please.

    Poor little babies.

    Dont worry mines not going anywhere for a WHILE.

    Her dogs got it from another dog, not mine.

    nah thank goodness Buddy is ok, the dog they got it from at the vet's office last Friday passed away Sunday am:cry:

    ok, if we can make it through tonight, we should be over the hump and back on the path to health

    well we made it through last night and doc seems to think that since they made it through day 3 without going into the seizures that we are over the worst - just gotta keep pumping all the meds and fluids and keep trying to get them to eat, but i am so relieved, thanks for asking:grouphug:

    woohoo!!!!! both puppy and doggie are doing a lot better, eating again, drinking, even running and playing. They get a little winded faster than they used to but we still have over a week of meds left that have to be taken. Kudos and big thanks to Dr Jennifer at Cleveland Annimal Hospital, i truly think by her agressively treating them she saved their lives:hurray::hurray:
