By "Shiny Diner" I thought you meant that other diner just off of Highway 70 over in Garner, if it's still there.
It was called "Holy Smokes" BBQ and they aren't open anymore. Last I heard they did catering but am not even sure about that. I'm sad, because they had some awesome smoked turkey breast. Their Boot Kickin' sauce was to die for too.
Might have to one of these days. In the meantime, DH has been honing his skills on the BGE. :mrgreen: I'm hooked on the pork BBQ sandwiches at the Shiney Diner. It's not the vinegar sauce which I don't care for. Not sure who smokes the meat, but it is good even without any sauce.
