Georgetown Subd Clayton

    Is anyone familiar with this subd. The prices are very low for the square footage. Trying to figure out the catch without getting involved with a real estate agent.

    On the left, going out of town on O'Neil St, towards Archer Lodge. Just past Starmount and about across the street from K&W Auto.

    Yeah, they might as well be townhomes. Are they Centex? They look ghetto-fabulous.

    I've been in there a few times, I agree with Cleo and HG, it is pretty snug in there also isn't the quitest of neighborhoods either.
