Hey, I hear ya. My son had a pair of shorts that were long past his knees late last summer and now they are above his knee. He doesn't get that big in the waist but is long and lean. That metabolism has him eating constantly yet you won't find a inch of fat on him. I guess he's feeding his feet.

I haven't checked lately. Are you still in the lead with the votes?

 

Same here!!! I bought DS all kinds of clothes last summer and now he can't wear them. Some of his shoes are now men's size 7. He won't be 11 til June. If he grows into those feet, he'll be 7 ft tall. :lol::lol::lol:

 

my boys are only 13....they are 6ft tall and wear size 13 shoes already....

they grew 6 1/2 inches LAST SUMMER alone....from school end to school start. It's insane.

 

Good Lord!! Are you feeding 'em Miracle Grow??? I bet they have growing pains growing that fast!

 

My oldest will be 13 in October and he's only 5' tall...... Hate to have your grocery bill!!

 

LOL...they have hollow legs for sure....they eat A LOT. And when I say they grew, they grew "UP" not out....they wear size 29 shorts/pants. Bean poles they are. I am hopeful the growth spurt will slow down a bit.

 

they absolutely did have growing pains! took me a while to figure why they were "sore" all the time.

 

That was me when I finished high school......wore a 27/28 waist with a 36" inseam......try finding those pants at walmart for cheap......now after an additional 22 years I'm in a 32" waist.
