Why do schools have to change the color of the cap and gown every year? I know they want to make money but for goodness sakes how many shades of blue are there?

How about you Michelle? Going through that on your end? A part has to be sewn on so I guess I'll be doing more sewing soon or maybe snaps.

DD hasn't got hers yet. She was absent the day they delivered them and she can't get in touch with the asst. principal that has them in his office. If anything has to be sewn I will be getting out my glue gun cause I don't sew.

 

UPS sucks, & if you call to complain that you paid $60 to insure delivery before Mother's Day & it still has not arrived, you get to talk to friggin Guatemala people who have no clue where NC or VA are:twisted::twisted::twisted:

 

I sew so if you need anything done please let me know. No charge, it's just a tiny thing and I'll probably do my daughter's today. I don't have a machine so I do everything by hand and enjoy doing it.

My daughter says there are sixty kids in her class who have not ordered their caps and gowns. She doesn't know why but I wonder if it is because they cannot afford them. I'll call our school tomorrow to find out and may need some 4042 help.
