Evidence is something that contributes to knowledge of what happened. Proof is evidence that is sufficient to demonstrate the certainty of something. sumthin' like that anyway. DB's wife
Well, we didn't have a winner when I started this reply. LOL,,,,, A day late and a dollar short. ______________________________________________________________ Without any evidence there is no proof. Evidence is the witnesses, writings, videos, and such, that is presented to show truths of a dispute. Proof is how the evidence determines or persuades that a thing did or didn't happen. If you walked by a car, that got broke into, and someone says they saw you in the area; is there enough evidence to show proof you where the one that committed the break in? I think thats how it goes.
Evidence suggests the possibility of proving something as factual. Proof could only be made with unrefutable evidence that leaves no doubt.
dang Nevil, you picked the one and only CSI i cannot stand, now give me the original CSI and CSI NY and i love it.
Haha. Yeah. I just cant think of CSI without hearing: [cheesy line] *puts on sun glasses* YEAAAAAAH!!!!!!
