I need a recommendation for somebody to replace one window. One of my double-glazed windows is fogged up between the panes. I read on the internet (so it must be true, right?) that it's possible to get the fog out without replacing the window, so if you know anybody that can actually do that, I'd like to know! But I'm thinking that one sash will need to be replaced.

    Broken Seal on Window

I checked around last year and found people to do it, albeit 75.00~80.00 per window. It's not a guaranteed process.
I ended up switching broken seal windows with ones in the garage and bonus room.

Oh, that's a thought, I'll check the garage and see if the windows are the same size. Thanks.

I would find out who manufactured your windows and see if they have a warranty before replacing them.
