Corner of the 42 and Old Drugstore?

Does anyone know what is going to be built on the corner of the 42 and Old Drugstore? They have been clearing the land in there, but I haven't seen any signs or heard any news. Thanks for any news.

Its too small for a Six Flags, maybe a half flag.

thanks for the link. I hope that its not another Dollar store. Somebody else said a small business park, that might be interesting if it is not a strip mall.

Advance. An AutoZone there would be a good thing, they both have lower prices if they're close to one another.

There is a sign there that says "Retail space available," FWIW.
