I'm very sorry they have been injured, but REALLY? What in the HECK were they trying to do?

 

No kidding... sad thing is that they'll probably sue Progress Energy for their injuries.

 

On tonight's local news Progress Energy stated that they do not believe it was a case of them stealing anything. They still haven't stated why these two idiots did it though.

IF they TRIED to sue PE, I'd counter sue for the damages they caused.

 

Sheriff is thinking booze played a part in their actions.

 

I was told by someone who knows the couple and was with them that night that they were both highly intoxicated at the time of incident.

 

it's a shame that Darwin's theory didn't actually work in this case.

I'm just trying to figure out how drunk you would have to be to completely lose your ability to read those big high voltage signs. Apparently I have never been that inebriated.
