Wanted to let everyone know that Oakland Presbyterian Church will be holding a Vacation Bible School starting Sunday, July 25-Thursday, July 29. Description: This year we will explore the SonQuest Rainforest by leading kids to Jesus on an unforgettable adventure. Date and Times: The week will begin on Sunday night, June 25th with a family event from 6:00pm-8:00pm. The other 4 days will be Monday, June 26th-Thursday, June 29th from 8:30am-12:00pm. Age Groups: Rising Pre-K(age 4) through Rising 5th Grade. Registration Info.: Registration is open to the public and begins today through July 16th. Please call the church office at 934-5476 to register. This is a free event and does have a participation limit, so register early to insure your child's spot!

I highly recommend Oakland's VBS. Thing I went a few years ago, I felt like there should have been tuition charged it was so great and inclusive.

No issue here, I just remember the poor Rumba (or however the hell you spell it) poster got piled on for a "free" item.

It's a great mid-summer outing for the kids, plus they get the added bonus of learning about God's Love! Registration Closes Friday, July 16!
