It's a above ground large rectangular pool that a friend of mine is selling because they sold their house,it's already dissembled. It's approx.38'x18' and is about 3 years old.

I bet not, that is why they took it down and are selling it. Same thing happened to a friend of mine, had to get rid of one as a condition of the sale.

No,they actually disassembled it before putting the house on the market ;)

Guess it just depends on what the person who is buying the house wants. I have 3 neighbors who sold their houses with their above ground pools intact and the new owners love their pools.

Do you have any pictures? Could they send you some to post? We are thinking about putting one up.

What's the deal with above ground pools? I have also heard that unattached garages bring down the value. Personally, if I could get a house with a pool thrown in or a garage (attached or otherwise) I'd consider that a plus.

    $800 or $2700?

Since it's been reduced from the original $2700 it is now $800 ;)

    Is it still available?

I may be interested, but I don't know the first thing about the process and cost of getting it set-up??
