Ducks????

Anyone know of anyone around here that has a farm and would like to have 6 ducks?

 

I know this wasn't intended to be funny, but for some reason it quacked me up.

 

That made me laugh! I actually have a relative who has 6 ducks and doesn't want them anymore and is trying to give them away to someone who has a farm and wants them!

 

And to think I got up at the quack of dawn....

 

I can imagine that feeding six ducks really runs up the bills.

 

Waddle they do with all those ducks?

Let me check with a friend of mine that has recently moved to a place which also includes a pond,I'll let you know once I hear back from him.

 

There is a pond on the corner of Little Creek Church and St. Lawrence way... the owner was looking for some. He has four, but wanted more. (even put up a duck crossing sign!)

 

We could probably take them. We are down to four domestic ducks plus another eight freeloadin' wild mallards in our pond. PM me if nobody else steps up.

 

Sounds like you need that insurance.....what's it called?

 

Why does the line from everyone's favorite director come to mind "Pets or Meat"

 

I don't recognize the quote..but there's a few NC 'pets' that could qualify. In my mind, one should never name something one may later have to eat.
