Has anybody seen Kindles being sold at Target?

I see on the web they're supposed to be along w/ Best Buy and Staples.

    Kindle at Target

Went there yesterday. They still have the Kindle 2, not the new generation.
Not available until 9/17 (per Amazon).

when I bought mine a few months ago amazon had dropped the price $60 but target was still asking the higher price. I love my kindle so glad I spent the money on it.

I don't use one, but my wife is glued to hers!

Basically the screen is electronic paper and you have the ability to turn the page electronically. You download the books and even some public libraries will allow you to check out e-books.

So then you have to sit online to read the book then basically? And just hit a button to turn the page?

You download it once then you can access it anytime.
