Exercise Classes?

Does anyone know of any local places that have exercise classes at night... where you don't have to join a gym to participate? Maybe with a class fee or monthly fee?

Looks like it $10 a class.

 

I have a cardio dance fitness class at 7:30 Tues/Thursday nights right now. I maybe switching to an earlier 7AM -- 30 minute boot camp in the next month-- BOY that is early! Especially for a ballroom dancer....:lol:

what would you charge for that Tues/thurs. class, by the month?

 

I am currently replacing the night classes with 7:00AM Mon-Thursday classes due to popular request. I am calling it 30 Minute Extreme Bootcamp.

It is going to be hard work-- but fun as well.

I am charging $50 per month for the 4 day a week workout.
