As far as what? Accident? Crime scene? Construction?

 

what's going in....construction. The site has been leveled out.

 

I thought I read some where a while back that it's going to be a store/gas station.

 

doesn't seem to be enough room for a gas station and I would have thought they would dig holes for tanks before leveling. we shall see!

 

I was wondering the same thing... But before a gas station could go there the people in that house would have to sell out...

I don't think gas stations these days will pay out like that... They have a hard enough time making money like anyone else... 2 of my favorite gas stations fell these last couple of months.

I know that at the 42/1010 intersection there is going to a smoking/cigar bar type place fairly soon.

I heard that they weren't going to allow any big ol' nasty smellin', t**d like cigars, just cigarettes..... but then again, what do I know? 8)

No, but in talking with some of the staff they are thinking of doing some form of patio type environment at TerraFin where you will be able to smoke.

 

That's very much needed, judging from the the folks milling around outside the 42 side door.

 

Don't know where they are planning to put it but the staff that I've talked too all seemed to think of it on the 1010 side of the building where the closed in dining area is currently.
