I've always been impressed by the "Closed on Sunday" ethic they maintain. Think of the revenue they could probably generate by being open on Sunday, yet taking Sunday off as their Sabbath comes first. Very honorable.

 

^^^^ I think this goes a long way towards why they have better customer service. They hire better help and being off on Sunday is one of the reasons that they can.

 

This can serve as a training video for humanity among us all.

While religion heavy that is what Chick-fil-a is and apparently alot of people don't mind.

 

Maybe you should pay heed a little more to the 2nd instead passing judgment on it.
