The title gave you enough information that you knew not to open the thread. Everything is not lollipops and rainbows out there, and it is important that we be aware that this happens. More important they are trying to find this animal before he does it again.
Saw his photo with the story on WRAL at 5:30. He stabbed the pup because he was fighting with his girlfriend who owned the puppy... I dont think I'd better publically say what I would like to see happen to this monster....Lets just say I hope he experiences the same fear and pain the pup did...
