Click on the Grand Jury report at the bottom of the WRAL article. Much of it is unbelievable, including the inaction of the PA Dep't of Health and their lawyers. If this guy ever gets to prison; I hope the inmates give him the same 'snip' that he gave to the babies.
This is just an absolutely sad issue. It's very hard to think that people like this really do exist. Navycut is correct, this Dr. is an absolute monster.
I've been reading about this for the last couple days and have to say it is by far one of the most disturbing stories I have ever read. I don't even think life or death row is good enough for punishment for this guy or the others.
