Does anyone know where to buy or someone locally that makes the cover and canopy replacements for infant car seats?

I would buy directly from the manufacture so the warranty isn't voided. It could also be a safety concern if the new cover doesn't fit appropriately.

    Perhaps try Etsy.com?

I get all my custom covers from www.ohsewcuteboutique.net . You can custom design your seat cover to your liking. Pick from 1,000 of fabric choices. She is the only one that I know of that makes her covers fire retardant as well.

You don't void your carseat by useing a cover either. These covers are made to go over your exsiting cover. They fit like a glove.

Here is one of my covers that she made.

That is really cute. You must not have a baby that pukes though, LOL.

Putting my son in the car was like shaking a bottle of soda, guaranteed to spew. I would have needed one that you could throw in the washing machine, which I did frequently.

    ; )

No none of my kids were pukers. :) But those covers wash well.

For that kind of money, you could just buy a new carseat.
