Yes you cetainly can *HP in the county and in city limits you call the local # We have called many times giving tag, description, speeding/aggressive/reckless, etc. they are very appreciative of the information and do follow through. They can't be everywhere. We have also let them know about areas that frequently have speeders, reckless drivers, etc. and they have posted cars and done drive bys. It's helped.

They are out in force this morning! Kid in a red F150 ran the light at Amelia church and 42, I was already half way through the interesection, he didn't even slow down for the red light. Got beside of him at 42 and Cornwallis, he had a cup of coffee in one hand and a muffin in the other, guess he was driving with his knees.

I usually limit my stupidity to parking lots. :jester:
