Can anyone recommend a mechanic who knows his stuff when if comes to older engines. What I'm looking for is someone who knows a lot about hot-rodding American cars, specifically Chevy 350 engines. I'd prefer someone with low overhead, maybe who works out of their back yard and doesn't charge an arm and a leg. The ideal person would be someone who does this as a hobby and takes on side work for extra income, or at least someone who can take the time to do it right and is not on a time crunch to make a living from it.

I need a mechanic that is good with electrical/sporatic problems. Got one that has stumped some of "the best". Bout sick of paying for it to be "fixed" and a week later it does the same thing.
