    How do I find out the rules for burning outside in Johnston County?

    ...I am wondering if it is legal to burn stuff right along the road, in a cul-de-sac, in front of one's house. One of our neighbors does this, and it is often difficult to see when we turn onto our street...:?

    as long as they are burning vegatation from their yard yes. They can not burn trash though..
